Nuts for Fashion?

I don't remember if I have always been into fashion, I don't know if I am even now. I think it's a waste of money buying 12-dollar fashion magazine when you are probably going to cut up throw away in the next 2 weeks, but I still want to buy them. I think watching average people walking down a run ways wearing either ridiculous or everyday clothing is pointless, but when a Commercial Announces at 9 O-clock on a Saturday Hubert de Givenchy is showing off his Unique fashion line, how can I not switch on the TV and watch hours of this addictive programme?

My Grandma owned her shop and one of her designs made it in TV week to show off her couture. She would make reasonable nice clothes for those days for me and made clothes for when I grow, which are hideous by the way, no offence grandma, well I adored them back then anyway.

My mother spent 2 years at uni developing 2 degrees in textiles and spent her earlier days, either teaching this subject, creating wedding dresses for bride bitch and costumes for theatre plus dance.

I never really tried or conceded creating garments, until my first class in the big year "KEVIN '07" I didn't know what the fuck I was doing, like what was a bobbin? and how to thread up a sewing machine?, which is in my defense is normal for a first timer. The teacher said to me when I sewed my first bag "you have potential " which made me angry, what are you saying when you say I have "potential" You are crap now but soon will be great? You have 50% of succeeding in this industry? Soon enough my passion was to make my way in this career and start a business with a close friend. But like any other dream profession of mine, soon fade away and to the next. I still enjoy sewing, recently I have made two dresses, this one >>

and another what I call my "Tutu gown". Right now I am up to the third, a dark blue lacy outfit.
