Best and Worst
Ruby:Best part of the week: Sneaking into Tara's house at 11pm [and being found by Fereshteh at 1am]. And watching Annie.
Worst part of the week: Maths class. My teacher is a banshee. Having to perform a hybrid of Star Wars and Romeo and Juliet for English.
Going to the Italian consulate with both of my parents [who have been seperated since 2002] wasn't bad, but it was pretty weird.

Best and worst day of the week?
My week has been not too bad. It's Saturday today, and I am just lounging around, thinking what would be interesting to write next...ooh but before I go on I wanted to show you something. I came across these pictures that I thought was so strange. These two photos nearly look exactly the same. You have probably realised the one on the top is Talyor Momsen, but the bottom is Ashley Benson, from bring it on: in it to win it. I needed an 'OMG' experience this morning.
Any way while where on the look-A-Like topic, I should show you this: Wasn't my mum such a happy child, yep thats right this girl is not myself, but my mum!
MUM
1.Being invited to a party, then finding out it's on the same day as a picnic. GAAAHH
2.Finding a earing stud, but then later it infected my ear.
3. Findig my old wallet with my picturs sill inside, no bad came after that...

Nuts for Fashion?
I don't remember if I have always been into fashion, I don't know if I am even now. I think it's a waste of money buying 12-dollar fashion magazine when you are probably going to cut up throw away in the next 2 weeks, but I still want to buy them. I think watching average people walking down a run ways wearing either ridiculous or everyday clothing is pointless, but when a Commercial Announces at 9 O-clock on a Saturday Hubert de Givenchy is showing off his Unique fashion line, how can I not switch on the TV and watch hours of this addictive programme? My Grandma owned her shop and one of her designs made it in TV week to show off her couture. She would make reasonable nice clothes for those days for me and made clothes for when I grow, which are hideous by the way, no offence grandma, well I adored them back then anyway.
I never really tried or conceded creating garments, until my first class in the big year "KEVIN '07" I didn't know what the fuck I was doing, like what was a bobbin? and how to thread up a sewing machine?, which is in my defense is normal for a first timer. The teacher said to me when I sewed my first bag "you have potential " which made me angry, what are you saying when you say I have "potential" You are crap now but s
oon will be great? You have 50% of succeeding in this industry? Soon enough my passion was to make my way in this career and start a business with a close friend. But like any other dream profession of mine, soon fade away and to the next. I still enjoy sewing, recently I have made two dresses, this one >>
and another what I call my "Tutu gown". Right now I am up to the third, a dark blue lacy outfit.

We rule the play ground
Did you know that there is something very special about this video clip? If you look very closely, you can see a face in the background which looks a lot like Tara. Ruby also appears in this briefly.
The most common question that follows after we tell this story is
"How did you get in the video clip?"
The answer is: Ruby was told at school that if you wished to be an extra in a movie to show up at a primary school at 7:30am. Always up for a new experience but not wanting to go alone, Ruby called Tara. Ruby told Tara that it was a great opportunity and a good story to be able to tell. Tara's first response was "How much money do we get?".
The girls got up at 6am to go to the set. Fereshteh told us we should get money and lunch at this place, because Tara's father had been an extra in some films and programmes before, he was paid quite well. Upon arrival, Ruby and Tara were told that they weren't going to be extras in a movie, they were going to be extras in a music video for some unknown Aussie pop star. And that the 7:30am start was not mandatory. At this point Tara was really angry;
1. It was too cold
2. She had to wear a uniform which she had to provide.
3. The Pop Diva was a cheap skate, so for her child labour there was no reward.
But besides all the anger there was a spring of happiness when Tara went into a room where a feast of lunch and snack were provided.
"What did you have to do?"
Ruby was told to skip, but was not provided with a skipping rope. Tara was given a rope and had to do jumps non stop for 15 takes each lasting a few minutes, which was two seconds of footage in the finished product.
When it was break time, Ruby and Tara decided to go exploring. They went upstairs, where they Accidentally broke a drum, snooping +messing up a 3/4 classroom and found a quite interesting device called a appel peeler where Ruby threw an appel core on Tara . They also attempted to steal an old metal school bell which weighed about twice as much as they did. They then read a book about a deceased child who used to attend the school. The half an hour break quickly turned into two hours of mayhem.
"What were the crew like?"
The director was a tool. He was probably over worked, but that isn't an excuse to treat your extras like crap. CC Martini and her friends from the video were very nice and chatted with the 'little people'. She came to Tara's house in person and gave her two singles, her album, two music DVDs, an autograph and a sticker for free. They give her as much good luck and respect as they can.
"Was it a success?"
The most we gained from this experience was some laughs and a new appreciation for extras in films. The most we gained from this experience was some laughs and a new appreciation for extras in films.

Mud baths

Have you ever taken a mud bath? They date back to the Roman period and are well known for their goodness toward your skin. You may find spring water and volcanic ash. There are natural mud baths in places such as Turkey and New Zealand. If you
can't afford the air fare, you can always go to your back yard. The sound of Ninon's voice forced us to realise that sticking the hose in a pile of dirt which became a pool of disgusting mud that smelled like feet wasn't the do-it-yourself way to achieve the experience of a natural mud bath. For this action our punishment was to take a bath in a bucket of freezing water at 10:00pm, with the air temperature eleven degrees. Ninon would not open the door until we were clean.Oh no! This could not be! So, what did we do? Introductions...
